The hotel's location was undeniably convenient, placing me right in the heart of everything.

the room I received felt quite dated. The bathroom was particularly worn, and the fixtures seemed old. The lack of readily available amenities was irritating. I had to request basic items like toothpaste and extra coffee constantly. I expected better for the price I paid.

Charmed by the Location!

The proximity to the train station was VERY convenient. I also enjoyed the coffee filters in the room. They allowed for delicious coffee. The rooms felt spacious compared to other Japanese rooms I have used. The staff were very pleasant upon arrival and departure.

The bathroom was quite small, although functional. I did LOVE the coffee though.

Staff members helped with restaurant bookings and directions. They provided excellent service when sending luggage to my next destination. The elevator access to the train station was helpful, contributing to a seamless experience.

Vending machines were available on every floor. An ice machine was also available on each level. The glass elevator provided views of the square below. The hotel connected directly to both a subway and a shopping center.

The breakfast views from the 25th floor were AMAZING!!! The food was fantastic. It provided a great start to the day. The hotel has a cafe that serves a fabulous coffee and tea set.

The hotel is steps from the scramble crossing. Easy access to many train lines downstairs was a huge plus. It is very close to places to eat. A supermarket downstairs was also very convenient.

The airport bus conveniently stops directly outside the hotel door. The location is AMAZING!!! It is directly above the train station and in front of the scramble crossing.

The bathroom looked dated.
